ProFeeder Q

We have taken machine tending to the next level. The name Q is short for Quatro because the
ProFeeder Q has four individual part trays that the robot can access. With four trays the customer has a compact and scalable production solution for larger production batches and longer unattended production runs.
ProFeeder Q consists of a stationary Docking Station and a two Movers, each with the four trays. This enables the customer to rapidly replace all the work items and maximize the production output. We call this plug-and-produce.
ProFeeder Q is easy to move and gives the customer maximum flexibility to automate wherever needed.
ProFeeder Q can be used with most robots and parts, so the customer has complete freedom to create his own unique automation solution.
